Come exactly as you are: hat on, scarf on, hair unwashed, wig in a bag. You never need to "get your hair ready" for me.
Bring someone if it helps — your mum, your friend, your other half. Or come alone, and it stays between us.
Nothing happens without your say-so. I won't touch your hair, or even mention products, unless you ask me to.
