Mesh integration hair systems · Macclesfield & Cheshire

Hair you wash, style, swim in — and forget you ever worried about.

A mesh integration system is my speciality: a fine, breathable mesh made to the exact shape of your head, with beautiful hair attached — and your own hair drawn through, so everything grows and moves together. It isn't a wig you take off at night. It's hair you live your whole life in.

See what's possible for you We'll look at the options side by side — what happens next is entirely up to you.

Who it's for — honestly

Mesh integration suits women with thinning, patchy or fine hair who still have some hair of their own to blend with — thinning through menopause, alopecia areata, post-chemo regrowth, trichotillomania, years of extensions damage. It's not right for everyone: where there's very little natural hair, a topper or wig is often the kinder, better answer — and I'll always tell you which is which. If mesh isn't right for you, you'll hear it from me first.

How it works

We design it together

At your free consultation we look at your hair, talk about what's caused the loss, and decide honestly whether a system will suit you. Colour, length, texture — matched to you, not a catalogue.

Your fitting

The system is built to your head and fitted in one unhurried appointment — private, just us. You leave with finished, styled hair the same day.

Regular care

Every 5–6 weeks you come back for a maintenance visit: the system is lifted, your scalp and own hair cared for, and everything re-blended as your hair grows. Ongoing costs are on my prices page — no surprises.

Living with it

You wash your hair as normal, in the shower, with the system in. You style it with heat, tie it up, swim in it, sleep in it. Nobody needs to know — though in my experience, plenty of clients end up telling everyone.

What it costs

A new system is bespoke, so the exact price depends on size and the hair we choose — you'll get a written quote at your consultation, valid with no pressure attached. As a guide: a new system is from £1,800†, with maintenance visits from £95† every 5–6 weeks. Full details on the prices page.

† to be confirmed before launch.

Questions everyone asks

Will it damage the hair I have left?

Protecting your own hair is the whole point of how I fit and maintain a system — and it's why maintenance visits matter. At consultation I'll look at your hair honestly; if I think a system would put fragile hair under strain, I'll say so and we'll look at gentler options.

Is it a treatment for my hair loss?

No — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. A system is a cosmetic solution: it changes how your hair looks and feels while you wear it, not what's happening at the scalp. For the cause of your hair loss, your GP is always the first stop — I'm the person who helps you love your hair in the meantime.

How long does a system last?

With regular maintenance, a well-cared-for system typically lasts many months before the hair itself needs renewing. We'll talk timescales and ongoing costs openly at your consultation, so you can budget for the whole picture, not just day one.

Can I see and feel one first?

Of course. Consultations are exactly for this — you can see the mesh, feel the hair, and take all the time you need. Nothing is fitted, or even suggested, until you ask.
